PlayerPort is a mobile application that provides a marketplace where users can list, discover, and communicate about game accounts, in-game items, and related digital goods. PlayerPort only provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers. PlayerPort does not own, sell, resell, or control any of the listings posted by users.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post, the accuracy of their listings, and any transactions they conduct with other users. By using PlayerPort, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy, sell, or trade the items you list and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

By using PlayerPort, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post stolen, hacked, or unauthorized game accounts or items
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive other users
• Upload harmful software, spam, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization
• Interfere with the operation or security of PlayerPort

PlayerPort acts only as a platform that allows users to connect. PlayerPort is not involved in any transaction between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any listing. All transactions are conducted solely at the risk and responsibility of the users involved.

PlayerPort is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer or publisher. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with the terms and policies of the respective games they trade. PlayerPort is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by game publishers.

Users are responsible for protecting their accounts and login credentials. PlayerPort is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access, scams, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities between users.

PlayerPort is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of user-generated listings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayerPort and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, digital goods, or accounts resulting from the use of the platform.

PlayerPort reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or threatens the safety or integrity of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PlayerPort after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
